1. Purpose of Video Analytics

We utilize video analytics technology at select events to better understand space utilization, visitor flow, and engagement patterns. The purpose is purely observational and statistical — no data is used for identification, profiling, or marketing.

2. Scope of Use

Our systems are deployed in environments such as:

• Event booths
• Retail-like activations
• Public-facing installations

We do not operate in areas where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, such as restrooms, break rooms, or private meeting spaces.

3. What Is Collected

Our cameras analyze but do not store the following:

• General human movement
• Crowd density
• Unique visit estimations (non-identifiable)
• Dwell time per zone
• Engagement proxies (e.g. presence near a display)

We do NOT collect or store:

• Names
• Phone numbers
• Facial recognition data
• Voice/audio
• Device IDs
• Location-tracking identifiers
• Any persistent biometric or personally identifiable information (PII)

All analytics are conducted in aggregate form, and individuals are never singled out or tagged.

4. How the System Works

• Video footage is temporarily stored and analyzed on our secure servers.
• Data is immediately abstracted into anonymous metrics.
• Raw footage is either:
  • Retained temporarily (max [X] hours) for quality control, then automatically deleted.
• No footage is shared externally or used beyond internal performance measurement.

5. Third Parties

We may use third-party tools to assist with analytics processing. All vendors:

• Are contractually bound to respect our no-PII and no-audio policy
• Operate under U.S. privacy standards
• Are prohibited from sharing, storing, or reusing any data collected during events

No footage or metrics are sold or used for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Respect for Privacy and Transparency

We voluntarily adopt the following principles, even outside regulatory mandates:

• Notice: Clear signage is posted at all locations where video analytics may be active.
• Minimization: We collect only what is necessary for event-level analytics.
• Security: All data processing systems are access-controlled and monitored.
